Cake Mix Peanut Butter Chocolate Nut Blondies
A yellow cake mix gives you a head start on these chewy bars, packed with peanut butter, chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
Servings: 8 -10 servings
Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- With an electric mixer, mix the cake mix, eggs and oil. Add the peanut butter and mix until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chip and chopped nuts.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove to wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares to serve.
