Chocolate Chip Toffee Cookie Bark
This crispy, crunchy cookie bark features chocolate chips, toffee bits and chopped pecans. It's easy to make, fun to eat, and makes a great neighbor gift for the holidays.

- 1 cup butter melted and cooled
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cups chopped pecans toasted
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar and salt until the mixture thickens. With a wooden spoon, stir in the flour. Fold in the nuts, chocolate chips and toffee bits.
Press the mixture into a a large, ungreased baking sheet in a thin, even layer (about the thickness of the chocolate chips).
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the center is light golden brown. Rotate the pan once or twice during baking. Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
