Copycat Panera Greek Salad

For the dressing
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the salad
- 1 large head romaine lettuce torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup grape tomatoes halved lengthwise
- 1/2 small red onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 6-8 whole pepperoncini peppers
In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients for dressing. Set aside.
In a large bowl, toss together ingredients for salad, except pepperoncini peppers. Toss salad with desired amount of dressing.
Garnish with pepperoncini peppers before serving.
