Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes
Baby potatoes are air-fried with oil and seasonings until they are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, then finished off with a squeeze of lemon juice and some fresh parsley in this easy, crowd-pleasing side dish.

- 1 lb. baby potatoes halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the olive oil, garlic salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
Add potatoes to air fryer and cook for 17-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking time.
Squeeze lemon juice over cooked potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss to coat before serving.
