Easy Chocolate Pudding Pie

For the filling
- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 5.9 oz. package instant chocolate pudding
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
For the topping
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Berries chocolate syrup or chocolate shavings, for garnish (optional)
Add the ingredients for the filling to a large bowl (except for the crust). Beat with an electric mixer on high speed until fluffy and well-combined. Spoon the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust.
In the same bowl, add the ingredients for the whipped cream. Beat at high speed until soft peaks form. Spoon whipped cream over chocolate filling.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. If desired, garnish with fresh berries, chocolate shavings, or chocolate syrup.
