Easy Honey Mustard Chicken

- 1/4 cup grainy mustard
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2-3 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine the grainy mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, soy sauce, tarragon and ginger in a medium bowl.
Place the chicken breasts in the prepared pan and pour the honey mustard mixture over top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
Spoon pan sauces over the chicken just before serving.
