Easy Meatball Biscuit Bake
Meatballs and marinara sauce are topped with mozzarella cheese and seasoned biscuit pieces in this easy to make, kid-friendly casserole the whole family will love.

- 1 22 oz. package frozen cooked meatballs
- 1 23 oz. jar tomato pasta sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- 1 16.3 oz. can Pillsbury Grands biscuits
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Fresh chopped basil for garnish
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together meatballs and sauce. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Top with half of the mozzarella cheese.
Cut each biscuit into quarters. Arrange biscuit pieces over the meatball mixture. Sprinkle biscuits with garlic salt.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
