Easy Raspberry Fool

- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 6 tablespoons powdered sugar divided
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 1/3 cups heavy whipping cream
In a medium bowl, mash the raspberries with 3 tablespoons of the powdered sugar and the lime juice. Refrigerate while you prepare the whipped cream.
With an electric mixer, beat cream and remaining powdered sugar on high speed until stiff peaks form. Fold raspberry mixture into whipped cream.
Spoon into dessert dishes and refrigerate until ready to serve.
