Golden Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Salad
Lemon pudding, fresh blueberries and Golden Oreos come together in this creamy, delicious potluck salad.

- 2 3.4 oz. packages instant lemon pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 cups fresh blueberries
- 1-2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 12 Golden Oreo cookies coarsely chopped
In a large bowl, whisk together pudding and milk until smooth. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat cream and sugar with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into pudding.
Fold in blueberries, lemon zest and chopped cookies. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, and up to 24 hours before serving.
