Grilled Beef Souvlaki
This simple but delicious meal feature grilled, marinated beef chunks wrapped in warm pita or naan bread, and topped with tzatziki sauce and fresh vegetables.

- 2 pounds steak cut into large cubes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Greek seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a large zip-top bag, combine the steak, olive oil, garlic, Greek seasoning, salt and pepper, and lemon juice. Seal tightly and marinate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium-high. Thread the steak onto skewers and discard the marinade. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning once or twice during cooking.
Remove beef from skewers and serve in bread with tzatziki sauce, cucumbers and tomatoes.
