Grilled Cilantro Lime Shrimp
This grilled shrimp is sprinkled with Tajin seasoning, skewered, grilled and then garnished with freshly squeezed lime juice and chopped cilantro in a healthy meal that's on the table in minutes.

- 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Tajin seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 limes
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, Tajin, garlic salt, and salt and pepper, to taste.
Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill for about 2 minutes per side, or until just pink.
Remove skewers to a platter or plate. If desired, add more Tajin and salt and pepper, to taste. Squeeze lime juice over top and sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
