- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped shallot
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth, 30-60 seconds.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
