Honey Soy Baked Chicken Drumsticks

- 4-5 pounds chicken drumsticks
For the marinade
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/3 cup honey
- 4-6 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Place the chicken drumsticks in a large zip-top bag.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the marinade. Pour over the chicken and seal the bag.
Refrigerate for at least two hours, but preferably 8, or up to 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a large baking dish or roasting pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Transfer drumsticks, along with marinade, to the prepared baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, for 45-50 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and dark golden brown. Serve with pan juices.
