Jalapeno Popper Pinwheels
These spicy, cream cheese filled pinwheel appetizers have all of the flavors of a jalapeno popper, including the bacon!

- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 medium jalapeno seeded and finely diced
- 4-6 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoon Ranch seasoning mix
- 3 large spinach wraps or tortillas
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, diced jalapeno, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese and Ranch seasoning. Mix until fully combined.
Divide the cream cheese mixture among the wraps or tortillas and spread in an even layer to the edge. Roll the pinwheels up tightly and place seem side down on a plate. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Remove from the refrigerator and slice into 1-inch pieces before serving.
