For each parfait
- 1-2 tablespoons granola
- 1-2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh berries or diced fresh fruit
For each parfait, layer granola and yogurt in mini dessert cups or glasses. Top with fresh fruit and mint if desired.
For larger parfaits, you may need to repeat the layers. Chill until serving. Best served within 1-2 hours.
