Ingredients

  • 8 cups water
  • 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Combine 8 cups water, 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk, 1.5 cups sugar, 2 tablespoons vanilla, 2 tablespoons rice flour and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in a blender. Puree until well mixed. Serve chilled.
