Skillet Raspberry Brownies
Rich chocolate brownies are baked with chocolate filled raspberry squares and fresh raspberries in this decadent dessert recipe.

- 1 box brownie mix for a 9-inch square pan plus ingredients called for on box
- 12 Ghirardelli raspberry filled chocolate squares coarsely chopped
- 6 ounces fresh raspberries
- Vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce for topping (optional)
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spread half of batter into a greased 10-inch skillet, or 4-6 smaller skillets.
Arrange chopped raspberry chocolate squares over batter. Top with remaining brownie batter, then sprinkle with about 1/4 cup of the fresh raspberries.
Bake for 25-30 minutes for smaller skillets, or 45-50 minutes for large skillet. Cool for 20-30 minutes, then serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, and additional fresh raspberries.
