- 2.5 liters apple cider
- 2-4 tablespoons brown sugar to taste
- 1 cup butterscotch caramel ice cream topping or 1/2 cup butterscotch and 1/2 cup caramel
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Pinch of salt
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Combine all ingredients except whipped cream in a 4-6 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours, stirring frequently.
Ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream, if desired.
