Slow Cooker Honey Sriracha Chicken
Chicken breasts are slow cooked in a blend of sriracha sauce, honey and lime juice, then shredded for tacos, burritos or sandwiches.

- 5-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro optional
Place chicken in a lightly greased slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, whisk together Sriracha, honey, garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until chicken shreds easily with a fork. Use as a filling for tacos or burritos, or serve over rice.
