- 2-3 pound pork roast
- 1 10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet pork gravy mix
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups baby carrots
In a lightly greased slow cooker, stir together the soups and gravy mix.
Combine the spices in a small bowl and press firmly onto the pork roast. Place the pork roast in the slow cooker, along with the carrots.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until pork is tender.
