- 1 head Romaine lettuce finely chopped
- 3-4 Roma tomatoes finely diced
- 1 large cucumber finely diced
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped mint
- 4 green onions sliced
- Juice of two limes
- Salt to taste
In a large bowl, combine all of vegetables and fresh herbs.
Squeeze lime juice over salad and toss to coat well. Season with salt, to taste.
